The best new show since the disappointing Jack Ryan Season 4 and all around lackluster shows, this felt so much better in every way. Looks really well done and the action/fight scenes look great.
Great acting from all
I feel like most of the criticism of this show in the comments section has to do with how unrealistic it is because of all the female cameraman stuff, and I, as a guy, don’t mind a good female-led action show. an original IP that doesn’t go and turn the male lead into a female lead.
I haven’t seen any red flags so far either, like making every man look incompetent or anything like that
Also in the beginning I thought it was going to be more of a plot show that was pointless at first but then they got into the family a bit and I usually cringe at that but I didn’t like what they did there. My only criticism is that the plot of what this particular crew is doing is very limiting to the story and could kill it by skipping past the plot/villain of the season…
It’s entertaining even without the history channel show that some commentators seem to prefer
needs to be more encompassing so they can maybe create a new, more intense, fast paced one related homeland or it might become too episodic like the blacklist PS: So far Nicole Kidman’s part is incredibly small and uneventful and could have been done by anyone else…Let’s see what the great Morgan Freeman brings to the show…But from what I’ve seen so far, the show can stand alone with Zaldana without the other A-Listers.TLDR Overall cautiously optimistic, but I like what I’m seeing so far, everything is incredibly polished and well done.
