A lazy late summer weekend is interrupted by a shocking accusation when Delphine receives an anonymous call from her husband’s colleague about an alleged affair with one of their adopted children. Before jumping to conclusions, she decides to quietly observe her family for a shred of proof; anything to quell her fear and erase her doubts. After the truth unexpectedly and shockingly presents itself, Delphine chooses to look beyond the guilt for a permanent solution. This boundary-pushing debut feature from Kaveh Daneshmand paints an intimate portrait of an upper-middle-class French family with sly black humor and plenty of sensuality.
