Over 25 years and 10 studio albums, combining brutal sonic power with sophistication and grace, Mogwai have defined their own musical genre and gained a devoted following while remaining true to their sound and roots. The film takes us on a journey from the very beginning of their activity in the mid-1990s to the group’s writing and rehearsals of their tenth studio album in their hometown of Glasgow, Scotland, in 2020 – the recording was made during quarantine.
